Performance could and should have been better for a sequel of this quality, graphical disparities and limitations should have been sorted out - but weren't, and performance issues that PC gamers have had since the Oblivion days still remain unresolved. It's the exact same engine seen in Fallout 3 and over and above the many reported bugs, it's a real shame that the game looks and feels so old.
